Here is a small article I saw recently from the Miami Herald and I think you can make the same argument for Destin Homes and Condos For Sale, and 30A Homes and Condos For Sale and Panama City Beach Homes and Condos For Sale.

As South Florida’s home sales have continued to outpace national trends, distressed properties are still dominating the market, with more than half of all homes and condos sold last month at some stage in the foreclosure process. Panama City Foreclosures are a great way to get unbelievable deals on Gulf Front Condos.  The thing is you have to be ready because Panama City Foreclosures typically sell fast so if you’re not sure or you haven’t thought through your financing you could find yourself out of luck on a great deal.

I just checked and there are 795 Panama City Condos For Sale that sit Gulf Front and are Foreclosures – that is the good news.  The bad news it that only 9 are foreclosures.  Again, if you are not ready to move there is a good chance that you could miss out on a great deal so be sure to get your ducks in a row now.
