<p>The plan for many people is to buy an investment property at the beach in <strong>Destin Florida</strong>.  And what a great plan it is:</p>

<li>You get to buy in at the low ebb in the real estate cycle. Remember buy low sell high.</li>
<li>You get a place at the beach in Destin that you can use up to two weeks a year to do repairs and general maintenance while still getting all the tax deductions</li>

<p>One of our clients recently bought a <strong>gulf front condo at the beach</strong> in Destin Florida.  They bought it as an investment property and decided to renovate right away so that they could be ready to maximize the high summer rental season bookings.  It worked out great and they could not be happier.  <strong><a title="At The Beach With Kris" href="http://www.atthebeachwithkris.com/" target="_blank">Kris Moran</a></strong>, our Buyer’s Agent wrote a blog about the renovation project which offers great tips on how to renovate a condo at the beach.</p>
